We have made a slight change to our prescription form. The form is very similar to the existing form and self explanatory but you will need to delete any bookmarks you have to the existing form as it will no longer be available. Any details you have saved will no longer available

Repeat Prescriptions

If your doctor issues you with a repeat prescription slip this may be handed to reception to be collected two working days later. You may also post your request enclosing a S.A.E.

Alternatively you may order your repeat prescription online via the link at the top of this page.

Several local chemists will also pick up prescriptions for you.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
